Pierre-Olivier Chartier is specialised in business litigation.
He has developed an important practice in pre and post mergers and acquisitions litigation (including disputes relating to shareholders’ agreements and claims for breach of representations and warranties) and represents clients before the courts in contract and tort matters, as well as media law.
He also intervenes in sport law before specific courts.
